1General Terms

MYR345 is an online entertainment and betting platform operating for the Malaysian market. Our services include Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Shooting Games, and e-sports. All services are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document.

• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

4Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per valid new account.

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and can be switched to Malay or Hong Kong format in your account settings. MYR345 reserves the right to suspend or cancel bets on markets affected by technical disruptions or incorrect information.

6Prohibited Activities

MYR345 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, money laundering, and any form of system manipulation. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

• In the event of a betting dispute, the decision of MYR345 is final once the internal investigation has been completed.
• MYR345's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10Terms Amendment
